Sometimes knowing what not to do is better than knowing what to do. Some people's brains work differently when absorbing information.I've worked with some amazing sales people and also worked with some amazingly bad sales people. I was lucky to work with my mentor who was a top producer for 7 quarters in a row and one year he almost W-2 onemillion dollars. He would do the exact opposite of everything detailed below. Numerous sales people I have worked with failed to do one, a couple, or all of the things below in their sales cycles. None of them were top performers.
